C.D. Peacock Sponsors The Joffrey Ballet Nutcracker

C.D. Peacock, Chicago’s oldest jeweler, announces its status as the newest corporate sponsor of The Joffrey Ballet’s presentation of The Nutcracker – currently running at Lyric Opera House, now through December 26.

Christopher Wheeldon’s reimagined classic follows young Marie and the Nutcracker Prince on a Christmas Eve journey through the 1893 World’s Fair with a dazzling spectacle of sights, sounds, and enchantment. This annual holiday tradition celebrates the magic of the season and the rich cultural heritage of Chicago.

C.D. Peacock’s generous contribution not only brings the joy of The Nutcracker back to the stage for thousands this holiday season, but it also supports The Joffrey Ballet’s mission of artistic excellence and world-class dance education.
